The Hero
Ashley is roughly 16 going on. 17. She plays rugby and is a fairly okay student. She has undiagnosed ADHD which is why she struggles in school sometimes. She also pulls a lot of pranks to exact revenge on her sister more often than not.
Cambria Engstrom, the author of the debut series My Gryphon and I, writes with a focus on fantasy and mythology with a focus on Celtic lore and the Hero’s journey. She has received her Master of Creative Writing, joined the Nebraska writers guild where she has taught multiple lessons on the hero’s journey and characters creation through role player games mechanics, and has a published short story in winds of the plain through the Nebraska Writers guild. When not writing, Cambria is a stay at home mom of three gob…children including homeschooling her eldest daughter, she also likes to volunteer with her church as well as work on the MomCo leadership team as the creative arts lead. Cambria’s goal in writing is to bring adventure, humor and hope to younger generations by exploring the heroes journey through her debut series My Gryphon and I.
